How to Enhance Your Brain and Memory
Do you ever lost your keys and forgot where you place them? Do you often could not recall your colleagues names? Well, it’s a common courtesy nowadays that people tend to forget something because they are too busy doing something else. It’s probably a bit cute when it occurs, but it’s starting to get annoying if you can’t remember where the heck you put the nail clippers on. Our brain works with three kinds of memory, that is sensory memory, short term memory and as you might have guessed, long term memory.
Most of the things that happened or we just did are usually stored in the sensory memory. Think of sensory memory as a computer cache. So any other new information, will surely overwrite the previous one, unless you moved them to short term memory. Basically, you only need to focus your attention to one piece of information, and then it will go to the short term memory. Now, don’t be so confident yet because the short term memory works more or less like the computer memory (RAM). Research has shown that human brain can only stores about five to nine chunks of information, so again, any other new information will overwrite the short term memory. And that’s when moving to the long term memory becomes important. The long term memory has a huge (if not virtually unlimited) capacity for storing information, much like a computer hard disk drive. And how to move those information to the long term memory? That’s what I want to give you here.

Finish Writing a Guide and Reading a Book
As I have told you last week, this week I’m going to give you another guide or how-to tips. Well, I’m currently waiting for the VAIO July wallpaper, as many of you probably would. So here’s the deal, I’m going to wait until tonight, about 7PM as always (that’s GMT+7), to see whether the calendar wallpaper has out yet or not. If not, then I’ll post my finished guide. But if yes, then I’ll post the calendar first. No need to worry though, because there will be a post today 
Well, yesterday I finished reading the controversial book Why Men Don’t Listen and Women Can’t Read Maps. It’s a great book, emphasizing on the differences between men and women, as well as several points to think over in the current situation. The book also gives several tips and tricks to better understand the opposite gender. I find this book very inspiring and I believe that you should read it. Where, you say?
